I have been using a CPAP dreamstation for one month. My ahi is fluctuating from low of 3.1 for two days straight then up to 11 yesterday. its been up and down. is this normal or just my sleep patterns are messed up still. how long for stabilization?

Please read this

and start a new thread instead of piggybacking onto this thread. That way we can better help you specifically and not muddy up this thread.

There is no way to know how long it might take for things to stabilize without knowing more details.
The nights with a higher AHI....are you finding those nights involve a lot of poor sleep quality with a lot of awakenings or time spent on the machine while awake and not asleep?
We need to know exactly which kind of apnea event is making up that AHI as well.

Which model DreamStation are you using? Model number is on a sticker on the blower unit and starts with DSX....?
