welcome! could you do us a favor, please? read here-

viewtopic/t172378/Sticky--Newbies-PLEAS ... STING.html

and maybe fill in your equipment profile? not everyone uses the same mask or machine or combination of the two. once people here know what you are using, they can give you information tailored to your needs.

if you don't know which mask you have, see this-

https://www.cpap.com/

then use the pull down menu to see which mask you have.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

It could just be the new sensations that your brain hasn't yet accepted as your new normal. This should improve over time. For some their starting pressure is too low for the brain to relax and go to sleep because it senses trouble. Once you give the prior requested info you should be able to get more targeted replies. Are you having any comfort issues or leak problems? That can make it hard to go to sleep. You may already be doing this, but I find it helpful to have all my setup done prior to bedtime so as to minimize activity right before trying to sleep.
