I thought I would post two nights of my sleepyhead results to see if anyone can give me an analysis. I have been using my cpap for about a week but I just got an SD card two nights ago. Last night I started using a cpap pillow that I bought from Amazon and I got about 8 hours of sleep, a big improvement for me. The first night my ramp was set on auto and the 2nd night I adjusted it to just 15 minutes (thanks everyone for advice on how to adjust it). Those are the only two differences between the two nights. I have to say though, that I woke up once on the 2nd night and thought to myself, did I forget to put the mask on? I didn't even notice it.
Thanks,
Mo.

Re: Sleepyhead results
One of the first things to do is work on solving those leaks.
Most of the leaks are not obscenely far above the Resmed 24L/min threshold, but they're approaching the point where event detection could be a problem. They're likely also disrupting sleep.
Your machine wants to be at at least 7cm. 5cm is too low I'd consider moving it to at least 8 and see what happens.
