i use a regular pillow and perch my beak on the edge.

not being snarky, being curious....what advantage do you all find in using a special pillow?
The regular pillow I had did not seem to have enough height to perch my beak. The foam pillow has cutouts so there is a nice drop off. No pressure on my mask, but support around that area.

Mine came with it's own pillow case and then I put a regular pillow case over that.

I have one of the buckwheat pillows, and also a few millet pillows. The millet pillows are a little more soft feeling, while the buckwheat pillow can approximate a rock. I like that you can carve them into whatever shape, and they will hold it. Haven't tried the one on amzon, but it looks interesting, if it's not too tall. I use an Airfit P10, so don't really need a lot of room for the mask.

For those of you using pillows with contours or cut-outs, what do you do for pillow cases?
You can purchase the Contour pillow and buy a pillow case. I bought the case with my second pillow purchse, but I don't use it. It comes with a removable pillow cover. When I wash my sheets, I remove the cover from the pillow and wash the cover with the sheets.

There was another question about why I use the Contour, and I use it mostly for the cutout sections. The cutout sections allow me to lay on my side and not have any mask interference. Standard pillows will move my mask and cause leaks. What I also like about the Contour is the "ledge" for neck support.
