Considering things I'd read here, I finally decided to make a few changes to my machine settings.
I was doing well, I felt, but wanted more
I upped starting pressure from 5 to 6, and pressure from 11/20 to 12/20.
Small changes, but dropped my AHI from an average of 5+ (with highs in the teens) to LESS than 2 for 8 days straight, with one night of a ZERO events!
I expect the VA sleep people will be fine with the changes.
On the ResMed scale I have 28 out of 30 days at 100, with the other 2 at 99.
Feeling GREAT

Sometimes all it takes is a little more pressure.SDBud wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2019 12:25 amConsidering things I'd read here, I finally decided to make a few changes to my machine settings.
