I have been using my machine for about a month now. The first night I felt amazing as most users I have talk to have experienced. I don't feel I am getting the most potential out of my machine. My current Min is 4 and max is 12 (this was per the script from my physician). I am 33 years old and have spastic muscles due to my Cerebral Palsy and am legally blind. I tend to wakeup multiple times a night and don't feel I am getting adiquet rest. I don't see my Physician for another month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please excuse any typos, as most things a dictated due to being legally blind.
Re: New User still not feeling rested
Although you seem to be having "clear Airway" events, they don't appear to be more prevalent at higher pressures.
I suggest that you raise your min pressure to 8 and the max to 20.

Re: New User still not feeling rested
Hi - I think you need to raise the minimum pressure setting to e.g. 7 and see if it helps (it should) as the '4' is just too low for almost anyone to comfortably inhale at and doesn't normally provide enough therapy. If there's a problem please let us know. I'm not sure '8' is a necessary jump as yet.

Welcome to the forum.
The clear airway/Central apneas may or may not be related to frequent awakenings during the night. Set them on the back burner for now since we can't do much about them with this cpap machine anyway.
I also agree....more minimum pressure might help with the obstructive events (OAs and hyponeas).
You may even need more maximum pressures as well. I see you kissing that max of 12 fairly often.
I would still start with just more minimum though. Often with a more optimal minimum the machine won't need to travel to the maximum as often or as prolonged.
I am thinking around 8 cm minimum to start with...see what happens.
If that's too big of a jump in terms of comfort then you can work up slowly...1 cm a night for 2 or 3 nights then another 1 cm for 2 or 3 nights...etc.
