What say you at this point? :?:
The centrals are likely 'post arousal' since your sleep wasn't great... they're low enough to ignore, and your obstructives are pretty good. See how things go tonight.
Ok thanks! Yeah sleep is not good. I'm an old man who is in his early 20s when it comes to sleep sometimes. No need to reply to my other reply if no need. I will continue tonight with same settings.

I am not saying I am going to change the settings tonight but when I do are there any significant drawbacks on tweaking my range settings to 10-14 cm h20 and set EPR mode to 3? Obviously I may or may not have worsened aerophagia, increased centrals (according to some epr mode may increase centrals), etc. Other than that though am I missing anything by upping my settings?
Nope, to keep the same base pressure, you'd go 9-14 EPR 3, (increase EPR by 1, and also raise pressures by 1).

I REALLY want to kick morning grogginess and tiredness out of my life. I do believe it is sleep related too because my nutrition, weight and blood work is fine. I also went gluten free because gluten was messing me up. I apologize if it is TMI. I'm just trying to provide some ideas to see if my morning tiredness is due to my sleep in some way or another.
I'd increase the min and max for less events, if it weren't for the aerophagia... because of that, you have to go more cautiously.

Unless you've got celiac disease, gluten almost certainly isn't an issue, but I know it's the 'big new fad'.

As far as TMI, I've heard way worse :)

Let's stay the course and see if we can't get you feeling better.

I apologize for my insomnia. I was unable to get any shut eye last night. Just laid there for hours only to have to get out of bed at 3 am to make my way to a flight that would be cancelled after white knuckling it for nearly 3 hours! It's no big deal I only got stuck once!

Here is my SH screenshot. I took mask off in the middle of the night and did not put it back on and slept without it for a while. I am going to up my pressure max 14 and minimum 9 now with an EPR of 3. I still am waking up drowsy and tired. Last night I had an obstructive event for 21 seconds. Not many events though which is good but I am going to up my pressure and see how I react this time around. No aerophagia today either which is awesome!

WOOHOO! I think I may have dialed my settings to a very respectable level. I have had an AHI of 0.5-0.8 for the past 3 days! To me this is fantastic compared to before with the higher and more unstable range of 2.5 AHI to 5 AHI. Here are my screenshots of the last 3 days. If anyone has any feedback to maybe make my settings even better, that would be greatly appreciated.

I want to note that I am waking up much more refreshed. I dont have the feeling of being slightly groggy and as if I did not get enough sleep. I still have not reached the point of being so energetic and rested that I pretty much print out of bed but I am getting close.

well done! you've hit the main goal of therapy: you are waking up refreshed. some (myself for the longest time) think the purpose of this journey is to have an AHI of zero. not true. you want to feel better which is, after all, why you are on cpap in the first place.

if i were you, i'd leave it alone. your body and brain will feel even better with time. if you wish, you COULD raise the minimum pressure, just to see what happens. but i really don't think it's necessary.

again well done.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
