New User & Help Request

Post by Nosyneighbor » Fri Mar 08, 2019 3:03 pm

Hello. I've been a lurker for a couple of months and want to thank members for freely sharing their knowledge and expertise to help others. I've learned so much already.

I've been on an apap for a few months and adjusted quite quickly, I think. Things certainly aren't perfect yet, and I range in AHI's from 1+ to 7+.

I have a sleepyhead summary that I'd sure appreciate help on deciphering. I couldn't get my screen to go to the overview chart since starting apap, so this screenshot is only for one night. TIA.

Pressure: 4 - 15.

as you've no doubt seen me type to others, welcome to the zoo!

while we wait for the experts to come along, i've a suggestion. have you considered raising your minimum pressure fro 4 up to 7, for a start? judging from this one screenshot, your pressure goes up pretty quickly. if you start out with a higher minimum pressure, it can get where it needs to go more quickly.

also, it's good that you've listed your machine and mask. but, when you have time, could you go to your profile and list your equipment there? that way, it shows up at the bottom of each of your posts.

good luck!

Thank you for the welcome, Zonker. I placed my equipment list in the signature now. I'd like to post my graphs from the last few months so members can see my patterns but can't seem to figure out how to do it. I can only find a single day's data/graph. TIA.

In the top left of your sleepyhead, there is a date. To left and right are clickable arrows. That should get you to other nights.

We work better off the daily screenshots.

Hi katestyles. Yes. I realize I can go to any single day's data by using the arrows and publish the graphs, but how do I show, say, a month's data or more in graphs for Events, Flow, Pressure, etc. Or, is that not possible? I thought when I first opened sleepyhead that I saw the graphs posted from the first night I started c-pap all the way to the present. Maybe I didn't . It was just so overwhelming to see all of those graphs. And I 'd like one of the cute c-pap sheep please. So cute! Lol. TIA.

overviews of the last year's data doesn't show us what's happening *now* ... and *now* is what we're trying to fix, not history.
