Re: Thinking of raising my pressure.
i think you should stick to one thread, like this one-
viewtopic/t174783/AHI-goal.html
seriously, it makes it easier to keep track of you and what you've done in the past. i'm not saying this to be rude. it would just be easier on all concerned.
good luck.

How did you sleep?
Wake much or sleep soundly for the most part?
Why do you want to raise the pressure?

Re: Thinking of raising my pressure.
You could look at raising the minimum-range pressure, rather than the maximum-range pressure.
Your AHI is fine as it stands and if you raise the maximum pressure you will probably do nothing but increase the leak rate.

I slept pretty good. I think I’m getting it very close to being dialed in just wanted a second opinion.

Re: Thinking of raising my pressure.
You can try a little more pressure and see if it makes any difference in anything and then decide what you want to use.
Remember....the Clear Airway/Central events you can't fix them with more pressure.

Re: Thinking of raising my pressure.
I think the obstructions are what I’m trying to get rid of.
When raising pressure, should I raise by a tenth? Half? Or like from 12.4 to 13.4

Re: Thinking of raising my pressure.
With ResMed you increase in 0.2 increments...
My personal opinion...your obstructive index is 0.83 (that's the OA index and hyponea index added together)...
and I would be more than happy with obstructive stuff below 1.0 per hour.
I wouldn't change anything if it were me.
But you can sure try more pressure if you want to and see what happens but there's certainly no urgent need to use more.

Yeah, meant to specify minimum pressure.KnightSleeper wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2019 9:00 pmIf I'm not mistaken, I don't believe he can raise his maximum pressure any higher (not that he would want to); I believe it's already at 20.billbolton wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2019 7:44 pmYou could look at raising the minimum-range pressure, rather than the maximum-range pressure.
