II need to replace my 2 original (2007) ResMed hoses as the ends are getting loose; they are 6'6" and I cannot find them anywhere so visiting doc to see if he still sells them and have equipment checked as last check was 2012. On Medicare now, so not sure what hoops I will have to jump through
Why do you need 'original resmed hoses'?
I've got a generic 10 footer that I got from directhomemedical, (just because it was like 10$.) been using that for several years now.

You should get a new machine. Medicare will pay for one when you turn 65. Even if your current machine is good.

Ummm, so far don't see a reason to stop using my S9. Annual AHI is 0.1.

The original (old) standard hose was 6'6', now it's just 6'.

My S9 does a great job also. It's good to have a backup machine. If you don't have one, you might want to get one while Medicare is paying.

I have my original brick CPAP that's now my hose dryer, an S8 APAP, and 2 S9 APAPs -- overkill on the backups

Why? Do you think Medicare is going to
stop paying? I don't see any reason to stop using my S9 either.....I have a low hour one as my back up.

No one suggested you stop using your S9. Go back to bed.
