I know I didn't sleep that well last night, but I am feeling dumb this morning.
I downloaded Resscan, and unzipped it and ran it, and then it asked me to log in.
I used the user name and password that I had just created so that I could download it. It said NO
So I read the box, and it said it wanted my windows ID
So I tried, failed, changed my microsoft account password, tried with that one, and still NO
What do I do?

Re: How do I et into Resscan?
That's version 6.0....dump it and get version 5.9. That log in stuff is a nightmare.
You should have a link for 5.9 offered at the bottom of the email where you got 6.0 download link.
They are offering both in one email because 6.0 is such a PITA to use.
I won't even install 6.0.
You lose nothing by not having 6.0 except the log in headache.

I have sleepyhead.
Palerider just mentioned on a different post that Sleepyhead has bugs which sometimes miss flags. I was intrigued and wanted to look at my data in Resscan.
Let me be a data fiend.

Re: How do I et into Resscan?
I have both SleepyHead and ResScan and even Encore Pro (because I also have a Respironics machine)...
Primary machine is the ResMed though...and I don't download daily to SleepyHead or ResScan.
I use ResScan more for storage than anything else or for verification of something should SleepyHead look like it is reporting something weird.
SleepyHead is Beta software and it could break and I might lose stuff...so ResScan is for back up storage...usually download to it maybe twice a month or so...sometimes once a month.
Hurts nothing at all to use ResScan and SleepyHead if someone wants to.
You might want to watch the video hints...especially the part about changing the download default to all data.

It's for an older version but the basics haven't changed in years and years. Mainly new versions were machine compatibility updates or new stuff in the doctor/DME part of it that we don't use anyway.
