Buenos dias!
I recently tried to switch to a full mask because my nasal pillows were causing sores on my nostrils. I'm still not sure why the irritation started all of a sudden, after using the nasal pillows for 12 months.
Anyhoo - I had fits getting the face mask to remained sealed. I switched back to the pillows and a head strap last Thursday to try again. After a liberal application of Aquafor before bed, as well as during the day, this seems to have prevented the sores. My wife and I also arrived in Playa del Carmen for a week long vacation last Saturday. It could be the excellent weather, as well.
The best part, though, is the result. Since switching back, my nightly data hasn't varied much from last night:
Curious if there are any suggestions for tweaking settings further? Note that I currently have the humidifier turned off. I simply don't need it at a Caribbean beach resort. Humidity may be the nose sore culprit. We've had an unusually rainy winter this year.
Switched Back to Nasal Pillows
Re: Switched Back to Nasal Pillows
howdy. can i ask you, please, to keep your posts to one thread for the immediate future? when someone new comes in, it makes it harder for folk to keep track of you when you start a new post for every change.
once you've been here awhile, of course, do as you wish.
would appreciate it!
