If your headgear/straps are the culprits, try comfort pads. These fabric pads attach to your headgear with Velcro, protecting your skin and increasing your comfort. For some CPAP users, the hair is the biggest issue. Their mask messes up their hairdo by leaving impressions that won't go away or causing bald spots. One solution I found is using Oribe Gold Lust Conditioner every third day before going t bed. It will keep your hair healthy and help it not tangle, so you don't have to brush it afterward.

Heh, heh; my hair is finally long enough to get a dent from my p10 headgear.
Some mornings, it is extreme bed head--utterly shocking!
While undergoing chemo last fall, my headgear left a groove on my naked scalp.
Guess which I prefer.
