Fat tongue weight loss?

I, too, had a tongue large enough that I had impressions from my teeth on both sides. Somewhere along the way, my tongue got smaller and has remained that way. I had only lost a few pounds when I noticed the change. Since then, I've lost 55#s and the only change was a slight increase in pressure (ResMed, so I think it's reporting the 95% pressure, might be a different percentage) -- but my allergies/sinus issues have also gotten worse over the past 8-9 years and the pressure increase might be due to congestion.
