Uninstall the Spo2 software and then reinstall in another location like C:\Spo2 rather than Program Files and and all your issues with windows and sleepyhead reading the files will go away. It’s really poor programming from the SPO2 application to write data to the Program files directorykrauster wrote: ↑Wed Feb 20, 2019 5:20 pmI have a strange Windows problem. I can connect the device to the computer via the cable and I've been successful a few times in getting data into the default folder at:
c:\program file (x86)\SpO2 Assistant V3.0.4\Data
I see it writing three files - a .csv, .txt and .SpO2
I see those files only if I am looking at that folder through the Open window in SpO2 Assistant program. I do not see those files when I look for them in that folder in Windows or in Sleepyhead. I would think that this must be a simple issue of being confused about their real location or that I have some windows hide extensions issue. But it doesn't appear to be the case.
Here's a little video showing the problem. My apologies: The audio seems to be recorded a little low and you might have to turn up the audio volume. !!!!!! Don't forget to turn down the volume afterwards !!!!
