No -I havent.

I picked one up at the pharmacy this morning. Having looked at a few threads on here, it makes sense that I might need to open my airway by tipping back my chin.

OK so this is the chart for yesterday.

All of this was with a cervical collar.

Notes
1) I was not sure how I would sleep on my side with the collar, so the nap was all supine.
2) I needed a nap yesterday afternoon
3) Most of the night was supine.
4) I was awake for a chunk of the night - not sure of the time, but I had aerophagia, and the pain of the bloating woke me and kept me awake.
5) I did roll onto my side during the night when I got uncomfortable on my back
6) I forgot to put water in the humidifier

So lying on my back has pretty much eliminated the leak. The collar does not seem to have made much difference.

My pressures are still very high and I am still having events at the high pressures.

Currently I feel like I am more tired and sleep deprived than before I started on CPAP. I am certainly aware of more arousals - I sleep through apneas, but not leaks and not aerophagia pain.

You seem to be having pretty horrible flow limitation and hypopnea that is forcing your machine to max pressure, could you try incresing your epr which is currently off to a value of 3 and see if it helps any as the max pressure of 20 certainly isn’t it could be positional and more pressure does not seem to help clear the obstruction

I can change the EPR. I think I had read on here somewhere that it was better if you could do without it.

The EPR's mainly a comfort thing, it's just limited bilevel.

Try it at 3, and see what happens.

Should I also increase my minimum pressure to compensate?

And should I have the "response" set to "standard" or "soft"?

Again, there's no 'should' on response. use whatever... I'd say 'standard' till you decide differently.

Just leave the minimum as it was, till we get more data.

i found the "soft" option works best for me.

Soft response is a gentler [slower] pressure increase.

Available in the AirSense 10 AutoSet and AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her devices.

OK so I changed EPR to 3, and switched back to sleeping on my side rather than my back. I am using the cervical collar.

My AHI was better, but I still have significant flow limitation, and the pressure is still hitting max.

I was awake for a patch of time in the night, around 530 til 6am.

I woke with the deepest ever strap and mask imprints.

Any suggestions for what I should change tonight?
