You come across as the typical jackass entitled customer that's so prevalent these days, insisting that everything be exactly how YOU want it or you're going to go leaving nasty reviews everywhere.
The douchebag customer that doesn't bother to talk to a manager about some insignificant imperfection in their food but starts posting negative reviews on Yelp before they've even gotten out the door.

i want to say thank you for sharing your experience with secondwindcpap. i'm very lucky in that i have enough money to just pay out of pocket for new machines and such. i'm leery of buying from places like secondwind or having to buy from a forum member here.
i'm glad that they made your purchase right in the end.
