X-Large Halo style chinstrap up for grabs

Post by weroberts75 » Fri Feb 08, 2019 9:33 am

I have an almost new Extra Large Halo-Style chinstrap that I cannot use.
I tried it on but was disappointed to find that the chin support strap is exactly the same length as on the Standard size chinstrap, while the Halo portion is huge on my head.

This is exactly the opposite of what I needed.
My face is long from top to bottom, so what I really needed was a strap that was standard size around the top of my head with an extra long strap to go down and around my chin.
It looks like I'm just out of luck. Is there not a market for chinstrap wearers with long faces?

Are you selling this chin strap?
Price?

Thanks

I would be willing to ship it to someone for $10 even.
That's half what I paid for it but I'd rather someone else be able to try it than for it to just sit in my closet.

I don't check this message board every day; however, I get a notification through email whenever someone sends a private message.

you might try a cervical collar, for me they are better than chin straps

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

I'm thinking about the PapCap.
The chinstrap part is cotton and Velcro.
It might be altered or replaced easily.

I'll send you my PapCap if you pm me your address. I never made it through the night with it.
I've tried it on for 30 to 40 minutes if you add up the three times I attempted to figure it out.

Do you have issues sleeping on your side with this?

I'm a 95% side sleeper.

No, I am primarily a side sleeper, and I also use a cpap pillow made with Buckwheat Hulls,
it was made by a member on this site

I don't know what happened to him. (I hope he did not die of sleepapnea :) )
