I just get whatever's cheapest from amazon or ebay. I think I paid 40 cents each for the last ones, in a pack of 20 or something.Cynmatthes wrote: ↑Sun Feb 03, 2019 2:14 pmI still haven't got set up with a new dme and filters are cheep on amazon. All the filter is doing is blocking some of the bigger dust and such that's coming through, then there's the hypoallergenic filters, which block more.

I buy generic hypoallergenic filters. I change ours about every two months.

I don't think I bought hypoallergenic..... these seemed like a good price and are individually wrapped so dog fur doesn't get in. Crossing fingers I got the correct ones. I guess I will find out Tuesday.
About .60 cents each if I did the math right.

I buy from our host www.cpap.com and the RespLabs ones on Amazon. I've ordered others from Amazon and they were very thick and had a chemical order even after a few days.Cynmatthes wrote: ↑Sun Feb 03, 2019 2:14 pmI still haven't got set up with a new dme and filters are cheep on amazon. Re: Replacement filters (which brand to buy)
I bought the care touch ones on Amazon and they are better, IMO, than the ones from my DME.
I don't notice a smell but I live with a smoker and am usually not sensitive to smells unless it is ovewhelmingly perfumey or a super strong chemical smell like from painting the house.
