Good luck with anyone finding and setting any CFlex settings on your machine....because it doesn't have CFlex available.
CFlex is only something that Respironics machines have...and it's their form of exhale relief.
Kind of scary when a doctor doesn't know which machines have what exhale relief.
He's going on a fishing expedition which I suppose is worth trying to catch something .

Your ResMed machine does have exhale relief available but it doesn't work like CFlex exactly.
ResMed calls their exhale relief EPR for Exhale Pressure Relief.

It’s possible I got the terminology wrong.
He mentioned a setting of 1-3 and was referring to exhale pressure.

Pugsy,
I learned how to change the EPR setting on my Resmed. It was set to "3 - Full Time". I experimented with lower settings and even off and I didn't like "Off" or "1" so I went with "2".

I had no "CA" events during sleep initiation last night!

The Sleepyhead data confirms this. I did have 2 later in the night but I think those were times I woke up and was moving around a bit. I slipped on ice last Thursday and broke my ankle so I'm wearing a boot and it does hurt a bit.

My AHI was 0.31

Hoping it's not a coincidence. We'll find out tonight!
