I'm going to get a second mask. (I think I'm addicted!)
Anyway, I have a swift nasal pillow. I'm thinking about the twililght NP or a hybrid. I'm a side sleeper so I think I'd like the hose to go up over my head instead of out to the side like the swift.
If I take the small size in the swift - can anyone give me hints re: whether my nares might be too small for the small of another type?
Thanks!
Donna
What size = swift small
Donna, I don't think you would have a problem with the small Aura (Twilight NP) pillows. In fact, you might even use the medium.
The Aura is over the head -- not sure that the Hybrid is. But the Hybrid is really a full face mask/nasal pillows. I wouldn't really put it in the same category as nasal pillows.
Another option would be the Comfort Lite 2 (CL2). It's another over the head, like the Aura. My preference between the 3 would be:
Aura
CL2
Swift
But that's me.

Hi Donna,
Maybe someone can tell you if the other nasal pillows come with three different sizes the way the Swifts do?

Additional "over-the-head" hose management pillow systems also include the Breeze, Adams Circuit, and a new one that just came out ... the Opus.
Some folks don't like the headgear for the Breeze (including myself but I modified mine and do quite well with it). The Adams Circuit is simialr to the Breeze but with more comfortable headgear ... but it is much louder than the Breeze, CL2, or Swift. Having just looked at a photo comparison of the actual pillows between the Swift and the Opus, the Opus pillows appear to look like something between a nasal pillow and a nasal prong system in shape (but I have not yet tried the Opus myself to say anything more about it).
As previously mentioned, the Aura, CL2 route over-the-head. The CL2 pillows are softer than Swift, Breeze, or Adams Circuit (uses same pillows as Breeze) ... I have not tried the Aura. However, the CL2 pillows tend to be a little too flexible and dislodge while sleeping at night ... some have modified the CL2 with fishing line or wire twist ties to help stabilize them (I have not had a chance to try that trick on mine yet).
The Hybrid uses nasal pillows but it also has a mouth cushion that can provide treatment should you need to breathe thru your mouth (ie. sinus congestion).
EDIT: Opus pillows are not prongs ... Opus .ne. prongs ... opus = pillows ...

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
The hybrid can't easily be routed over the head. the hose goes down the front. If you move it to far it gets in the way of the exhaust vents and sounds like a jet engine. I hang the hybrid hose off to the side of the bed and that works for me but it doesn't go 'up'.

A Hybrid is for people who want or need the relief of mouth leaking. It allows you to breathe with either or just mouth leak when you need to without is messing up your therapy. If you get congested from time to time, it's a life saver. The pillows are about the same size as the swift, but much softer and easier on the nose. Since you get all the sizes in your box, you don't have to worry about not getting the right fit. The new headgear almost guarantees you'll get a perfect fit.
