If he accidentally did the full screen toggle...F11 may not work either.
Been there.......done that....and learned some new curse words doing it.
F11 ...and all the other usual tricks to get out of full screen toggle didn't work for me. I had to change the desktop resolution so I could finally get to the menu where I could turn off that damn full screen toggle thing.
