HI everybody,
Tried almost everything in the book, and cannot get my sleep right. I'm afraid it will never get better. I think my main problem is I cannot get up to treatment level pressure.
From the titration study below, I need between 7-8cm. I cannot even get 8cm consistently without aerophagia, the best I've managed is 7.5 with cflex+.
Tried resmed autoset 10 and the EPR isn't as good as flex for me in avoiding aerophagia. Tried a dreamstation bipap for several months and I was constantly fatigued. Elevating my bed doesn't help.
Tried all combinations of things too. Tried MAD with and without CPAP, for instance. Sleep hygiene is good.
Not sure, next steps are only either surgery or try another machine I haven't tried yet.

viewtopic/t172378/Sticky--Newbies-PLEAS ... STING.html
and fill out some info? yes, i know, it's directed at newbies. but if you could give the boys and girls here some info regarding your machine and if you could post some sleepyhead charts, they'd be better able to help you.
me? i don't know nothing.
but with the right info, i bet they could help.
good luck!
