REMINDER prompt in HDM Z1 Auto

Post by dipmaz » Sun Dec 16, 2018 12:51 am

Hi,
My Z1 Auto is repeatedly showing REMINDER prompt and not starting despite my tightening the pipe and the adapter. I try rebooting the machine at each attempt and some nights after 4-5 such attempts the machine starts. However yesterday night despite struggling for an hour, the machine did not start.
Please help me, cant figure out what is going wrong.
Thanx and regards

Dipmaz

"Reminder" is the Z1's way of telling you there is too much air leakage. While this can be the adaptor, hose or connections of those ( check hose for splits/cracks ), it is also the fit of the mask to your face.

Not starting is not what I would expect, that could mean an internal issue with the Z1. I you can confirm no leakage, it is probably something wrong with the Z1.
