I have a sealed interface that is medium, obviously never used and am looking for a large, sealed interface in exchange.

Sorry Paul, I use the large also. But this will act as a "bump".

If you get in a pinch, you can trim the tips off the Medium which makes the air-hole bigger. There's really not much of a difference between the Large and Medium.
