AHI way too high for me...not normal

Post by kaykin75 » Tue Dec 11, 2018 6:00 am

My numbers have been a lot higher than normal! I live in a rural area and my sleep doctor left. I am using a BiPap and my settings are at 12 and 5. I've tried adjusting them, using the humidifier, etc. I'm starting to get worried. I tried to attach my sleep report but it says invalid file extension. I use a Resmed S10. Normally my numbers are around 3 but lately they've beenby10, 16, and even 18. Help!!

*Exactly* what Palerider said. People on the forum will give you sound advice, if you give them more info.

I also live in a rural area and doctors come & go. It's difficult, I've lost doctors I really liked. That said, call wherever they used to work and ask who took over their practice. Or ask your primary care doc for a recommendation.
