How do I increase the pressure?
My machine is a loaner from the sleep clinic, resp something... I'll use this for a couple months until my coverage will pay for my own machine. I cam't see any way to increase the pressure myself... is it not possible? Can only the clinic do that? I would like to try a slightly higher pressure!

No, it is not 'not possible', in other words, it's easy.motherofsharks wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 11:54 pmI cam't see any way to increase the pressure myself... is it not possible?
No, Not only the clinic can do it.
Get OSCAR
Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

Re: How do I increase the pressure?
I had to crank up an old cpap to replace my bi-pap after it went bad and blew bad smelling stuff mixed in with the air while I waited two weeks for a replacement. I simply googled change pressure setting and the make and model of m old machine until I found some youtube videos on how to do it. Now I am not recommending that you modify the settings of the machine you are using, but for me it took only a few minutes and no tools to get it close to the low setting on the bi-pap.

There's a secret handshake of sorts (some button pushing) to get into the clinical menu setup menu where changes can be made to your machine that the sleep clinics/DMEs/Doctors want to keep us out of.
Figure out what brand and model machine you are now using..
Go here and request the clinical manual for that model/brand machine via email and in that manual is how to do the secret handshake.
Each brand has their own little button pushing sequence to get to the setup menu which isn't normally available to the patient.
