Re: Question on data

Just to give you two days data. I switched the past 2 days to the f20 airtouch, leaks are more controlled and ahi is lower.
Palerider recommended to change epap to 11, and ipap to 25. I was hesitant to go to 25 on ipap since I have suffered in the past with aerophagia. So I kept ps at 4.4,and increased the epap from 9.6 to 10 and left ipap at 18.
Past 2 days woke up with aerophagia and am wondering if I should reduce my ipap. I know that at times I am restricting the machine going higher but I don't like the belly pains. I know by looking at the data that the ipap rises due to flow limitations which is why I raised the ps from 4 to 4.4. Any changes that would help me is welcome.
Thanks

Sometimes we just have to make compromises and let the ahi be maybe a little higher than we might want when getting lower numbers mean we feel worse during the day with belly issues.
Sometimes the cure is worse than the disease.

Thanks Pugsy that makes sense. Can you tell me what you would recommend as far as changes?

I got sort of lost here.
You made several changes at one time I looks like.
Don’t know which charge caused the aerophagia monster to show up.

I would have only made one change at a time and if I was hunting OAs the that would mean more EPAP...and I would do very small increments.

My recent change was increasing epap from 9.6 to 10.0 three days ago.
The ps change of 4 to 4.4 was made about 2 weeks ago.

When did the aerophagia monster return?

Makes sense to maybe reduce epap to 9.8 or reduce ipap to ?
Thanks for your help
