Has anyone ever noticed a correlation between humidity settings and AHI?
Admittedly I'm working with a very small date set but here's the background info.
Sunday morning I woke up feeling the best I have yet. Still not better than before I started CPAP (three weeks ago), but better than anytime during those three weeks.
I downloaded my nightly data and was surprised to find my AHI to be 0.7. It had been hovering at about 3.0 before then. I also noticed that my humidifier had been set at 1. I usually have it at a setting of 2. I must have bumped it setting up the night before, so I set it back to 2 for Sunday night.
I woke up Monday, feeling worse. I downloaded my data and my AHI was back to about 3.0.
As an experiment I set my humidifier back to 1 last night. I woke up this morning feeling better and my AHI was again 0.7.
Has anyone else seen something similar?

I've never heard of that...............but hey, if it worked for you, keep it where it is. This therapy is screwy to say the least. What works for me might not for you, and visa-versa.
