Take A Look At My Compliance Details - Summary
Anyone want to offer any tips, advice, suggestions, your views are welcome. This is the first time Ive gotten one of these and Im not really sure what it all means. People that I spoke to in the chatroom were very helpful too. This covers 153 days and 151 have been great. The last 2 havent been, had alot of trouble sleeping and I was wondering if I need to make any changes. Thanks in advance.

Vibratory Snore is what is driving your pressure to 16/14cm, you can probably get by with 14/12 and still only end up with a AHI=1.2.
Leak seems to be your biggest problem from the report, but that is pretty much to be expected if using the UMFF as it leaks like a sieve.
It also would not surprise me if your high VS was not caused by the UMFF, it can make a noise with every breath, noise the Remstars can pick up as VS.
If your reports show VS high when you first start to sleep, that could be the mask noise. If you try another mask and see the VS drop off, you have your answer.
