Hi Everyone! I started using a Cpap machine 3- months ago ! I sleep with a full face mask BUT have neck problems from a car accident many years ago. Finding a Cpap pillow that's not to firm and yet gives my neck support is truely difficult! I tried the Enrurimed Cpap Comfort pillow (which hes both small & large adjustments but found that this memory foam was too firm for my neck and cost me many lost hours of sleep. A pillow that got my interest is the Tempur-Pedic Embrace pillow because they state that the memory foam is is fine pieces and feels soft but gives excellent support to the neck. Called Temper -Pedic Company and asked if this pillow could be used while using a Cpap machine --their response was they didn't know --Here's the link to this pillow with reviews-- https://https:/w.thesleepjudge.com/temp ... review//ww
I am looking for a pillow that also has a soft felling(for my neck) & yet gives my neck support while using a full facial mask with the Cpap machine. Any opinions you can give me I would appeciate. Thank-you for your time & attention.

Re: Side sleeper needs pillow opinions
Any pillow can be used for sidesleeping with a FFM. I use a very plain, flat pillow with my FFM. Also, placing a pillow between the knees is a very good practice for any sidesleeper.
Pillows aren’t just for your head and neck, they help keep your entire spine in the proper position while you sleep. Your pillow should support the natural curve of your neck—your head shouldn’t curve down nor be propped up too high. A good rule of thumb is that your ear, shoulder, and hips should be aligned.
Test out different pillows until you find the perfect fit. If you have large shoulders, you need a larger pillow. A pillow that’s too high or too flat can cause muscle strain on your back, neck, and shoulders. The ideal side sleeper pillow will be adjustable so you can sleep in different positions comfortably.
Side sleepers actually need two pillows for good alignment and maximum comfort—one for their head and another for their knees. But beware the fetal position—too close and you can over-round your lower back.
