On my list as well (along with some others who make rather mundane comments in old threads and new ones to get that first post approved and then come back to sneak spam in). This is where you all have to help me because I don't have anyway to know when they edit posts or add signature lines with spam links in them. I can easily see new posts but I can't see when they edited an old post.

No...not forum problems...just user error. I fixed it for you.
When the quote thingy is the last thing you see then your comments will also be inside the quote and look weird.

You just started typing before the end of the quote instead of after it.

My favorite scapegoat...aliens. They won't/can't deny anything I blame on them.
But sometimes it is the forum software...I have had some of those boo boos that I couldn't fix and I know that what I did SHOULD fix the problem but it didn't and nothing I did would fix it.
In your situation all I had to do was move the ending quote bracket up to where it was supposed to be. Easy fix. Took me all of 2 seconds.

Too bad that this discussion went OT, because the subject is of high interest. I don't know of any other natural sleeping aid that could have such a promising effect.

I am currently retrying CBD 15% - 10ml (1.500mg), this time not in a single dose at night, but 3 drops 3 times a day. I'd say it has a slight calming effect on me, but it's not the improvement I have hoped for and definitely not worth the money.

If anyone with access would be willing to help me out with a combined THC/CBD/CBN tincture, please let me know by PM.

I've heard good things about Reishi for sleep. Electrolytes help too, especially magnesium.

Have been using both, but again not really doing anything for the money.

I'm currently not having issues getting to sleep, sleep itself is also of amazingly good quality, now that I'm off CPAP and using my O2Ring instead, but I don't get enough sleep to get me through the day.

I usually go to bed between 10 and 11 p.m., but I always wake up around 4 a.m. and that's it. I've always been a long sleeper in the past, but if I stay in bed longer I get headaches (and I'm not sure why, as there are no other health or SpO2 problems, also no high blood pressure). That's why I need my daily nap, usually at 1 p.m. for up to 2 hours.

I had high hopes for CBD oil, which simply have not been fulfilled, so now I can only see a combination of THC/CBD/CBN as last resort.

But seriously, not trying to get high or to be under the influence, just trying to find out if there is any positive effect or not. Even with a THC/CBD/CBN combination I'm not considering more than 3 drops before sleep, though that's pure speculation as I don't have the slightest idea about the potency of such a tincture.

I take a quarter of a gummy that has a 1:1 ratio of CBD and THC. I might get a little happy from it, but not "stoned" or "high" (maybe a little) but it's really relaxing and I sleep really well on those nights.

I have no issues falling asleep. I usually wake up once but now it's two to three times. I know I am a light sleeper because the lightest noise will wake me up. That's why I sleep with two fans running. I'm going to try a light or no dinner as I think food too close to bed time messes with sleep.
