Questions- resmed xpap-comfort profile

My sleep doctor gave me a Responic Comfort Profile right out of the office cabinet to take home. I was delighted and in shock. I had been using the UM nasal since the beginning of Jan.
What should the Elite be set for this mask (presently on UM). Hoping someones else has had to change settings. Should they have changed this in the office? I ask this because my numbers are much lower but I have been feeling the leaks, yet the leak was .46L/S this morning and we all know the leaks throw off all the other numbers. If the machine is at the right mask setting and the numbers correct.............I will be a happy camper.
With the UM nasal mask we are not suppose to have cream on our faces as it interferes with the suction of the mask......what about with the Comfort Profile? I have had both masks so tight that I am wondering if I need a pediatric size.
