Software that shows you what's going on when you sleep (respiratory-wise) so you can understand why you feel better or worse after a given night's sleep and whether or not you should tweak things, like pressure settings. Read the notes at the top of the forum postings for a better idea.

You can find it here
https://sleepyhead.jedimark.net/

Problem is that not all machines gather efficacy data and not all machines are compatible with SleepyHead.

See this thread viewtopic/t172378/Sticky--Newbies-PLEAS ... STING.html

So whether or not SleepyHead would benefit you first depends on what machine you are using.

It's compatible with the machine you added to your equipment profile.

It's the software that generates all the lovely "what is my cpap doing all night" charts that you see all over the forum.

Editing Wikipedia?
My guess--somebody ALREADY DID!
Which explains the absense of Sleepyhead, the software.

For anyone who didn't know, anyone can add or subtract anything from a Wiki entry... edit it... hopefully improve it.

More likely, nobody ever bothered.

I also have the AirSense 10 AutoSet, but it doesn't have an SD card. Do I need to put a card in it? What format, and what size is recommended? (I have a 2GB card I'm going to try.)

Edit: I think I found the answer here: https://www.resmed.com/epn/en/healthcar ... cards.html

Sounds like about 30 days/GB so 2GB should be fine.

Depends on your needs I guess.

SleepyHead let's you see a lot more data that you machine gathers besides what you can see on the machine's LCD screen.

See here for just a few examples.

SH provides much more as seen in Pugsy's examples.

As far as what you need, I do a quick check of the machine's display as soon as I arise each morning. If the AHI and mask leak statistics are low, I don't bother with SH. But, when I was new to CPAP, SH was a great help in getting my pressure set correctly and getting my mask adjusted to a low (or zero) leak level.
