try to order the ClimateLine Heated Tubing to avoid rain out

DME's can be clueless, even with the use of a "clue-by-four". When I started with Lin(don't)Care, they insisted insurance never covers a heated host, even when I showed them my copy of the insurance authorization letter they received.
I finally convinced them to sell me the hose & submit to insurance. As expected, my insurance covered 80% of the cost. I never got an apology from the DME though.
