Only thing I don't understand, is why the pressure chart doesn't show the lowest line, when it is at EPAP 4 ? The first hour of sleep, it shows no EPAP.
No worries there. Probably a SH glitch. I can see it popping on the screen shortly after 7:00.
It has to be there...no where for it to go.
Do you happen to remember what position you woke up in at the 6:30 mark? Your pressure needs were higher then...so probably either supine sleeping position or REM stage sleep.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

You cannot see the epap line when at 4 as the sleepyhead auto scaling messes up and sets the base of the graph at that pressure. To work round the issue you can right click on the left hand side of the graph and change the minimum and maximum y axis values so your lines show

The bottom of the chart is 4, your epap line is just hidden in the bottom x axis line.

I'm still concerned, due to my past history of blood clots, etc, that such a minimum number may not keep my oxygen high enough, but last night seemed okay. I guess what I can do is run it like this for two weeks to appease them, and if things go wrong, they said I should contact them. Then maybe, just maybe, they will see their mistakes. The doctors need to be held accountable. Maybe an online review to go along with some other bad ones is in order for this doctor. Maybe I can also report them to a certain agency as well. This all depends how the next few nights go. I just definitely dont want my heart going into AFIB or other ryhthm again and have to call 911 due to their stupid mistakes.
What some 'highly trained' sleep people don't seem to comprehend is that
sleep varies, from hour to hour, and night to night, their numbers may be fine for you when you're having a good night, but they're going to suck when you have a bad night....
I could be wrong about that, but I won't take any bets that I am.

I sleep supine (on my back) throughout the night. My position doesn't change. My neck pillow keeps my head aligned, and maybe i tilt my head a little right or left sometimes. But that is all. I always wake up in the exact same supine position that I go to sleep in. My arms and hands in almost the same position as well. During my sleep studies, they told me the same thing. I sleep like a log and don't move my upper body or head. Although I do have some leg movement at times.
Here is last night, runs of obstructions again. More proof I can throw back at my sleep doctor. But at this point, I'm calling to find other doctors on Monday. I can't keep wasting time with stupid sleep doctors that just look at my good nights, or say my AHI is low enough.
During the sleep study, they claimed I didn't go past IPAP 9 maximum, and that is what they titrated me at. But this clearly shows some nights my machine ramps up.

You seem more interested in fighting with doctors than in improving your sleep.
