When should one start considering BiPAP/ASV

UARS patient here (AHI << RDI)

I was wondering when it’s appropriate to consider BiPAP/ASV. If I consistently get clear airways, and can’t get my total AHI < 1, should I consider the switch to BiPAP?

Please keep all your questions in one thread... this one gives no background.

Looking at your previous question... advice has already been given as to the next step.

My bad, I was asking more or less in general when BiPAP is used for UARS.
