Re: Dry mouth and about to give up
Hi everyone...hope all are welll. You all gave me many suggestions as I could not find the xylimelts in my neck of the woods. I have ordered them from amazon and should have them tomorrow. I did buy some dry mouth spray in the mean time and have used it sometimes two to threes time a night. Last night I only used it once and kept my masks on for 6.5 hrs. And my AHI was 1 yes 1. Best number I’ve had in the year I’ve been on this DreamStation Cpap machine. Heated tubing set to (1) and humidifier set to (3) water chamber filled to max line. I did do some research on the particular medications I am on and there are a few that cause dry mouth. There was definitely one I was taking at bed time that could be taken in the morning. So I’ve switch that med. almost all sleep medications cause dry mouth. So this is something I just have to deal with but with your suggestions it is making it bearable. Thanks again I appreciate all of you who made suggestions and responded to my problem. I can do this!!

Re: Dry mouth and about to give up
YAY!!! You CAN do this Emerald Ice.

...and your lowest ever AHI ~~~ DOUBLE YAY (YAY YAY?)
Please let us know if you tolerate the xyliments and if they work for you.
I wear a retainer at night so I put mine up on my gums, but I understand they stick to the teeth too.
(they do not stick to my retainer)
YAY
