Guess my point is that the aerophagia could have been totally unrelated to the pressure increase you made. Nothing but a coincidence.

i put my lower pressure back down AND my humidity level back down. slept "better" but the cpap gremlins decided to punish me with a higher ahi!
but i'll ride that out. will let it go for a few more nights and i'm pretty sure things will calm down.
