How can I get Dreamstation APAP Encore Pro Software ?

I recently got the Philips Respironics Dreamstation APAP. I would like to find out where, as the APAP user - not a health professional, I can get the Encore Pro software. The Philips site only lists it under their Healthcare Professionals tab. The most current software is designated EncorePro 2 but I assume other recent versions may work.

Go here and register for the forum and log in.
Then look for the area where they explain how to request ResScan or Encore software.
You have to be logged in to see the thread that explains how to request it.
The version of Encore they will send you a link so you can download it will work with the DreamStation models.
Windows only software though. It's a PITA software and the install failure rate is high.
SleepyHead software has more than just Windows versions available and is much easier to install and use.

It's at the top of the main Topics section of the main forum page but you may not see it on your phone app because of the filters.
You may have the filters to show only recent threads and this thread isn't recent but I did make it a sticky so that most people could find it easily.
There are filters available for which threads will show up and one of the filters is the date of the thread. It's a board filter.
Not sure what the phone app does with the board filters but if you go to your user control panel it offers the various board viewing preferences.

I cannot seem to find the "area" - can you provide some help or a specific link for the request software area?

No, I don't have the link to the download.
You have to request it.
To request it you have to be logged in so that you can see the "Private Area" forums.
Then look for the read only subforum called "Private Files and Links". There is a post how to request Encore Pro not too far from the top.
