Chunkyfrog is pretty popular among the idiots. one of them actually thinks they went thru every one of her posts to see how many contributed to the discussions. i'm interested in how long that took.

Just looked at the table of contents on Amazon. Looks like an interesting book for those interested in what science has so far managed to figure out on the importance of sleep and the effects of sleep deprivation. I'll probably request it from my library.

I can also highly recommend the course "Secrets of Sleep Science: From Dreams to Disorders" by H. Craig Heller of Stanford in The Great Courses catalog (subscription required). He spends one lecture covering apnea.
Thanks for the recommendation. I watch the lecture on apnea ( FYI There is a 14 day trail membership)

Can I close this thread.
Can the moderator close this thread. All I wanted was to let everyone know of a good book that might interest the people here in the forum.

You can't but I can.

I can't understand why people just have to keep attacking the messenger. Some people seem to think it's their life's goal to do just that though.

Anyway, as you wish. Thread locked but fair warning.....people will just go to another thread to continue bashing the messenger.
At least they won't be doing it here in this thread.
