Question about the Simplus FFM

I have a big head and face so I virtually always default to the largest FFMs and headgear that a particular mask is offered in. Often even then the headgear is still too small across the top if the mask is so equipped.

So I'm trying out the Simplus and I'm wondering if a medium cushion might be a better fit than the large. The headgear is fine.

Before I throw more money at it, I'm wondering if anybody else thinks the Simplus FFM cushion is sized a little larger than some?

When I started with the Simplus, after using my Quattro Med for 8 years, my DME and the measuring tool said I needed a Large. I used the large for a week. The leaks told me that the large was not right. I got a Med cushion and have been a happy camper since. ( I don't have a particularly large head)
