fisher paykel smart dial problem

I just bought the icon+ and am having a problem. When I push the center button, the machine comes on fine. However rotating the dial takes me to the temp gauge only. Rotating further just changes the temperature from 1-7. How do I get to the other features?

You may be missing a step or need to push another button at the same time to get into the clinical setup menu area where everything can be changed.

I am not familiar with the F & P machines to tell you anything except...go get the manual because it will tell you how.
