Hello Everyone,
So here is the thing, I backed up my sleepy head software before I totally set my computer back to factory ship condition to get rid of some big problems my profile was giving me. So I have a file that says
Vicky's Journal XML document. I tried to import the data and that doesn't work..
So I was keeping my data up to date on my Laptop also in case of an emergency. So I still have a way to back it up again if need be. I'm having a hard time getting all the data that is on the laptops sleepy head onto my desktop sleepy head. I'm not very good with technology so please line it out so a 10 year old could understand how to get both my machines to match.

The instructions below assume both your computers are running Windows.FaethSilverwolf wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 6:05 pmHello Everyone,

On your wiped computer, install Sleepyhead.
On your laptop:
in your Documents folder you will see a SleepyHeadData folder.
In that folder, there is a Profiles folder.
In the Profiles folder is a folder with your profile name.
That folder has a folder named for your machine. Mine starts with ResMed & then some numbers.
Inside that folder is a Backup folder with the data you can import into Sleepyhead on your fresh machine.
You do that by running Sleepyhead on the fresh machine. I think you need to set up a profile too. Under the File menu select Import and select the Backup folder you copied from the laptop.
*Whew!
