Yes I agree. The poll should also include wither the problem always has a pattern, as some of us have experienced.

T-bone started the poll again, but not many people have voted. If you haven't voted, you might want to consider doing so to organize these various Smart Card threads about the problem. If enough people vote, perhaps Respironics will pay attention to the issue if we can convince them there is a problem.
