I switched from the System One 50 Series to the ResMed AirSense 10 machine last March due to the humidifier breakdown. However, it seems that there are issues which might cause discomfort as follows.
- Upper back pain. This is an old problem but went away 2 to 3 years ago. Now, every morning I wake from the pain and have to get up right away. The pain disappear soon within about half an hour.
- Dizziness, heavy-headedness all day.
- Have to reuse mouth taping, which was given up when started using the new nasal mask with the System One 50 Series.
I'm wondering if all of these symptoms have anything to do with the new machine. There is one point that I need to bring out, I feel the pressure is not as strong as the old one, even if setting it to the max level.
Any comments will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Thank you, Cpapian! You know what? When I tried to take out the memory card from the machine this morning, I saw both of the slots were empty! I don't remember I took it out. The only incident is that I brought it with me to visit the sleep clinic at my health service provider back in April. I just called and left them a message to see if I forgot the memory card there.

You can use pretty much any SD card, pick up a cheap one somewhere (bestbuy, walmart, etc)colomb wrote: ↑Wed Aug 15, 2018 11:18 amThank you, Cpapian! You know what? My micro sd card has its own dedicated case, on which my name,
phone number, etc is prominently displayed.
If that sucker gets left somewhere, it is obviously MINE!

Thanks to both palerider and chunkyfrog! I will find a SD card soon and etch my info on it.

Hi All,
I'm sorry that I was not able to use the Sleepyhead software to import the data from the SD card. It stays at 99% and never completes. Tried so many times, restarted computer, but no luck. I wonder if there is an alternative software existing. Please help. Thanks.

Yes...there is an alternative software...ResScan.
What operating system is on your computer? ResScan is Windows only...no other version available. It will run on a Mac but only if you put some sort of Windows on it.
See the tutorial for what it looks like. It's for an older version but the basics haven't change.

Send me a private message if you want it. The latest version is 6.0 and real PITA to use...better to use 5.9 and it be less of a PITA and you lose nothing in terms of data.
