It doesn't matter how long you have been using CPAP, if your "mask is sliding up and down a bit and the nose part gets pushed up above my nose, which makes the mask leak", then those youtube videos might be a big help to you. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_ ... +CPAP+Mask+

I called Lincare and they're going to send me a different mask.. I forgot the name.... They told me the name.. But I forgot the name.
I'll have to tell you the name of it when I get it...
