ResMed uses run hours vs. Respironics blower hours. The one hour is the only usage ever (this counter cannot be reset).

Go to one of Fetou's post. Click on the quote icon beside "Contact". It will bring up a message for you to complete. The message will already have "Fetou" in the send-to box. After you type your message, click on "Send".

Look to the left, below the his user name.
Click on the cartoon speech bubble next to the word "contact".
Click on the blue rectangle with a tail.
