Why AHI goes from 1 to the next day 19.

Confused and wondering all of a sudden my AHI goes from below 5 then next dat day 14,15,19. Was never like that Was always
below 5. Any suggestions out there?

Because something changed but without more information we have zero way to help you figure out what might have changed.
Need to know what category of events changed for one thing.
Sleeping position is one possible cause of something changing.

Do you have SleepyHead? Do you use it? The first thing I would look at would be large leaks. It has been my - admittedly - limited experience that LL are the bane of the PAPing experience and are related to many anomalous results. What do your SH results look like?

As Jim suggested, you need to look at your numbers to see what happened. Also, know that on occasion, you are going to have an off night and get squirrely numbers. I'll have a "what the heck" night a couple of time a year, then normal nights afterwards. Part of the journey we are on.
