I first had two full face masks the comfort gel and then the
Amara. I am now on the
Amara view, That large leak was caused be having the chin portion slip into my mouth while asleep.
Maybe this graph of last night is better.
Drag these charts into place:
Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leaks
Snore
Flow Limitations.
None other, resize them till those six fill the screen.
Don't cover part of the charts with your 'on screen keyboard'

Well, I was just told to pull snore, but I put it back in for you. I am hitting machine set pressure rates. I get a great seal, but lose it when chin cover starts slipping up to mouth. I don't yet know about the different apnea types. Sleep is much better with this mask.

Who knows, you don't have the leaks strip, as requested, multiple times.
Flags
Flow
Pressure
Leaks
flow limitations
snore.
That's six.

Leaks are much better managed. I could live with that small segment of large leak.
Your pressure settings are sub optimal. The minimum is too low and the maximum is too low. The machine wants to go higher but it can't and that is allowing the airway to collapse and you get those OAs and a higher AHI than we would like to see.
Probably going to need at least 12 or 13 minimum because once you go to sleep the machine seems to go up to around 12 ish and stay there anyway. For sure the maximum needs to be probably 20. Are you comfortable with changing your own pressure settings?
What position are you usually sleeping in?
You may need pressures in the upper teens and if that is the case you may want to consider adding in some EPR if there is a problem exhaling with the higher pressures.
How come the fragmented sleep? I see at least 3 times where you turned the machine off and back on again. Any idea why the wake ups?
Were there more than the 3 but you just didn't turn the machine off.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I have adjusted machine before and will follow up. After review method. The breaks are bathroom most likely., length w/o need has improved.I mostly like to sleep on my side, but have found on bcak to help with easy breathing. I was told not to sleep on back. Reason? Wakeups may well be dry mouth as well, don't know how to solve this.Higher humidity did not seem to work, and I like cooler air.

Try a F&P Simplus FFM- I find it's easy to make a good seal and it's lightweight and comfortable.

I'd suggest trying min 14 max 20 for your pressures... that'll help.

Back sleeping provokes more apneas... but if all other parts of the process work well and leaks are down, etc. it may be possible to do it if your AHI stays low and you feel ok.

Yup, three LL's last night but my resmed score was best ever.

Any suggestions on dry mouth problem. I think this is what wakes me up. Bathroom down to minimum now. I can consciously relube my mouth without demasking, but I would hope to prevent it from occuring.
